   → Give me the money by tomorrow.   (by 가 deadline의 의미)

2. In these days, I've been very busy.

   → These days, I've been very busy.

3. A : I ate well.  →  Thanks for dinner. / I enjoyed the dinner.

    B : I was happy to make dinner for you.

4. Today is your birthday. I'm sorry I didn't prepare a gift for you.

   → I'm sorry I didn't get you a gift.

5. I'm in grade 2 of POSTECH.   (grade는 elementary school에서만 사용)

   → I'm sophomore of POSTECH.    (1 freshmen / 2 sophomore / 3 junior / 4 senior)

6. See you again.

   → See you later. / See you tomorrow.

7. Tae-won looks drunken. Mrs. Kim is very kindly.

   → Tae-won looks drunk. Mrs. Kim is very kind.

8. Can I go to the toilet, please?    (toilet : dirty place)

   → Can I go to restroom (bathroom), please?

9. Su-ji has a good shape.

   → Su-ji has a nice body.             (He's in (good) shape. - fitness level / He's out of shape.)

10. I can't breathe. I just ran three blocks.

   → I'm out of breathe.

   → This is too hard for me. I cannot stand (take) this!

2. I'm playing with my friends at the Log Cabin this weekend.

   → I'm going to hang out (relax) my friends at ...

3. This party is great, isn't it? I'm having a good time? Are you funny?   (funny는 comedian 에게 쓰는 말)

   → Are you having fun? 

4. My boyfriend and I are separated.   (separate는 별거를 의미)

   → My boyfriend and I are broke up.

5. Eat this medicine for your headache.

   → Take this medicine for your headache.

6. I can't go out tonight. I have a promise.

   → I already have (made) plans.     (cf. appointment : 의사와의, 손님과의...)

7. Yesterday, I slipped and fell down. I was so ashamed.

   → I was so embarrassed.     (ashamed (something wrong) - 잘못해서. / embarrassed 당황하다)

8. My father has a lot of fur on his chest and arms.

   → My father has a lot of hair on his chest and arms.    (fur는 wild animals 의 것)

9. John and I are intimate friends.     (intimate 는 sexual meaning을 가짐)

   → John and I are close friends.

10. I love dog.    (단수 dog는 meat을 의미. pet의 의미를 위해서는 복수 dogs를 써야)

   → I love dogs.
